Q: Are your products machine washable?
A: Yes, most of our products are machine washable. Care instructions are provided on the product label for best results.

Q: Do you provide custom sizes?
A: Some of our items, like curtains, tablecloths, and fitted sheets, can be customized. Please contact us before ordering for customization options.


Orders & Shipping

Q: How can I place an order?
A: Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.

Q: Do you ship nationwide?
A: Yes, we deliver across Pakistan. International shipping will be available soon.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
A: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange.

Q: Do you offer returns?
A: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Certain items like bedding and baby products may not be returnable for hygiene reasons.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and will soon add online payment options.
